Refund & Exchange Policy

1.What is your Exchange Policy?

Exchange accepted only if received wrong product. Products bought during sale can only be exchanged and are non-refundable.

2.What should I do in case of the manufacturing defect/damage product/wrong product?

If you have received a defective or wrong product, it will be eligible for replacement. You can return it to us and the shipping charges including the reverse shipping charges will be borne by us. We may request you to send us a snapshot of the defect at  @gmail.com Or contact us on 9743995005

3.When are Exchange not possible?

We don't take exchanges but still in case of wrong product received or has some major weaving defect we take it into consideration and when the below-mentioned points are not fulfilled,  exchanges are not possible.

1. The exchange needs to be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery

2. Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.

3. Tags of the items should be intact and not removed.

4. If the saree has been ordered with fall and edging.

4. If the product is customised on your request.

Online Payment: For Orders placed through Online Payment, refunds will be done through payment gateway to the account/card/wallet from which the original payment was made. The refunds will happen within 7-8 days of items being received at the warehouse. It typically takes 1-2 days for refunds to reflect into your account which is completely dependent on your bank.

COD Orders: Not accepted

5.Do you have a cancellation/refund/exchange policy for international customers?

No, we don’t.

6.Do you exchange or take back the sarees having fall and edging done?

No, we strictly do not take back or exchange the sarees having fall and edging done to it.

7.What if my product is defective?

If the product sent to you is defective, we request you to inform us within 2 days of receiving the product. Since we do not have reverse shipping, you would have to ship the product back to us. We would refund you a maximum amount of 150 INR for reverse shipping. We would need a photo copy of the shipping receipt for the refund. Once we receive the defective product, we will ship you another product immediately or we can refund the amount you paid while placing order

GENERAL QUERIES

1.Do you have discount for first time buyers?

No active coupon is valid as of now. Our team will keep all customers updated if any ongoing discounts are there.

2.Can I order through WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders through them. Your order needs to be placed through the website only.
